1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gk2w website at gk2w.app or any associated mobile or web-based application, or by creating a gk2w player account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with gk2w's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and gk2w (the "Platform" or "Operator"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the gk2w platform and close any account you may have opened.

gk2w reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gk2w will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the gk2w platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. gk2w is strictly a platform for adults. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of gk2w, nor a close family member or household member of any such person.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended gk2w account. Only one account per person, device, household address, and payment method is permitted.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal incapacity that would prevent you from doing so.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of gk2w's services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform remains accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any balances. gk2w reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of information on file.

3.2 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gk2w account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. gk2w will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify gk2w immediately by contacting the 24/7 support team. gk2w accepts no liability for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or failed to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active gk2w account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. gk2w uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts held by that individual will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and bonus winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Genuine deposits may be returned at gk2w's sole discretion following investigation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

gk2w operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer verification process in compliance with its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. Verification may be requested at any stage of your relationship with gk2w and may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or driving licence).

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed and credited to your gk2w account balance within seconds of confirmation. gk2w does not charge any fee for standard deposits. Any transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility and are separate from gk2w's services.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts held in another person's name — are prohibited and will be refunded. Accounts that repeatedly attempt to use third-party payment sources may be flagged for additional review or suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed in order of receipt during business hours. Players who have completed KYC verification in full will typically receive funds to their bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account within minutes to a few hours of their withdrawal being approved. gk2w does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions to local mobile financial services.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the gk2w account. gk2w reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual in nature or amount. gk2w further reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, which will be communicated to players within the account settings or upon request to support.

4.3 Responsible Use of Funds

All funds deposited into a gk2w account must originate from lawful sources. The use of gk2w for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. gk2w cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected financial crimes.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gk2w offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when accepted.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus carrying a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times across eligible games before a withdrawal request can be made against those funds.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slot titles may contribute at a reduced percentage compared to standard video slots. The contribution rates applicable to any given promotion will be specified in the offer terms. Where no contribution rate is specified, the default is 100% for eligible slot games and 10% for eligible table and live casino games.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

gk2w operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts; placing bets on both sides of a market using multiple accounts or in collusion with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage); using automated software or bots to place bets; and making low-risk or stake-hedged bets that do not represent genuine play for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements.

Where gk2w determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals relating to those winnings, and suspend or permanently close the player's account.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry. The expiry period applicable to any given bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the account balance without further notice.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the gk2w platform, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. You further agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any technology that mimics or substitutes for human interaction.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, exploit, or otherwise circumvent any security feature, authentication system, or game mechanic on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money, facilitate fraud, or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or using offensive language toward gk2w staff, live dealers, or other players in any chat or communication channel.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to gk2w without prior written consent.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account, or accessing or using any account belonging to another player.
• Placing bets or wagers using funds that you do not have full legal entitlement to use.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities for legal action. gk2w's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final and binding.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the gk2w platform are provided by third-party game studios and are subject to the individual rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. gk2w accepts no liability for wagers placed in error due to a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

7.1 Random Number Generators

All non-live casino games on the gk2w platform — including slots, crash games, fishing games, and virtual table games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. These RNGs are independently tested by the game providers to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability. gk2w does not modify, override, or interfere with the RNG systems of its game providers.

7.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games — including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Teen Patti, and Live Andar Bahar — are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other providers. The outcome of live casino games is determined by real physical events (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by professional dealers under studio supervision. gk2w is not responsible for any technical interruption to a live game session, but will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from connection failures or interruptions in accordance with the relevant game provider's official rules.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on gk2w — covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market type. Odds are set by gk2w and may be updated at any time prior to an event. In-play markets are offered on a best-efforts basis and may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice, for example during a stoppage in play or following a significant event in the match. Settled bets will not be reversed except in cases of clear pricing error, which will be identified and communicated within 24 hours of the event's conclusion.

7.4 Disputes

Any dispute regarding a game outcome, a settled bet, or a transaction must be raised with gk2w customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. gk2w will acknowledge all formal disputes within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. gk2w's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes is final where those outcomes have been verified against the game provider's server logs.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

gk2w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time frame following a request.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• Suspected operation of multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus system or exploitation of a technical error or pricing mistake.
• Use of automated software or bots to place bets.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward gk2w staff or other players.
• A player's own voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the self-exclusion programme.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your gk2w account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period. gk2w will retain your account records for a minimum period as required under applicable data retention and anti-money laundering obligations.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

gk2w offers a voluntary self-exclusion programme for players who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be disabled and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. gk2w will also suppress any marketing communications to you during this period. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Bonuses

Where an account is closed — whether by gk2w or at the player's request — any bonus funds, free bet credits, or promotional winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited in full. Only verified real-money balances are eligible for return upon account closure.
